ARE YOU A CONSIGNER HAVING TROUBLE LOGGIN IN - NOT YOUR FIRST LOG IN?

A: You may be in the wrong place. To see your account balance and the status of current consigned items, you need to log in to the "Consignor Login" area in the green menu bar across the top of every page. This is different than the "Sign In" you see at the top left of every page. That area is for shopping online. Because not all shoppers are consignors and not all consignors are shoppers, the areas are separate. Click here to go to the Consignor Login area.
